Veterans' Grave Markers Stolen In South Jersey: Police

Police seek the public's help locating those responsible for stealing veteran gravesite markers in Pleasantville.

The Atlantic City Cemetery located on the Black Horse Pike in Pleasantville, was deprived of several bronze gravesite markers of veterans laid to rest on the property, police said. 

There is an undetermined number of markers removed at this time, according to a police department spokeswoman.

Anyone with information leading to the recovery of the site markers or the identity of suspects is encouraged to contact Det. Jamal Roy at Jroy@pleasantvillepd.org or 609-641-6100.
